If there's something wrong with the service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 1 week to claim a refund and get your paid money back.

If you would like to claim a refund for the service utilized, you may just claim for the same from our site/ app or send a message to us. We will process it and do the needful for your refund. Generally the refund will take 3 to 5 working days and will be transferred to the source payment account or will be refunded immediately, if it is to be credited to your Asto Wallet, as per your choice.
